The winter mist has already shrouded not only the scenery outside the window, but my closet as well. Cool blue, whitened roses and subtle grey… Talking of the colors of my today’s outfit, I could say that the way I dress suits the weather 😉 My today’s outfit expresses both the winter color scheme and my longing for the former elegance. Just like Charlotte from ‘Sex and the City’, a Parisian chic ambassador in New York, I also decided to cultivate French elegance in Warsaw 😀 After all, you don’t have to come from Paris to value the city’s chic! I started this caring for a real ‘madame’ tradition from choosing a headpiece. A toque with a bow is a retro inspiration from the 40’s. Teamed with with soft curls it presents itself so gracefully, that even Grace Kelly herself wouldn’t be ashamed to wear it! Exactly like the pastel pink purse on a chain. But it is the coat that in this time of year is the business card of every lady – as everything else is hidden exactly underneath it. The devil’s in the details; the plain cut of my coat compensates for its spectacular pattern. Paradise parrots and tropical flowers look as if they have been locked in a cage of the lines going through the fabric. It’s always a way to keep your holiday memories. ^^ Now it’s time to proceed to the heart of my outfit – a light as a feather lacy dress. Its lavender shade and delicate pattern reveal the romantic nature of the owner. I have decided to reach for wild stilettos to balance the ensemble. The stripes suggest that besides the grace of a swan this lady also shows the wildness of a tiger 😉
