Of course you could just wear a T-shirt with jeans and ballerinas! I meet girls wearing such looks everyday. What’s more, they don’t look bad. But, let’s be honest: doesn’t this amazing world inspire you at least to that extent to go crazy, experiment and reach for the most surprising associations? I don’t know how about you, but I love this fun! Life’s too short to wear boring clothes 😀 All I have to do is go to a flea market or take a peek at a painting album an I immediately have an idea for another look. This time I reached for Dutch ceramics and decided to expand this inspiration to fashion. These characteristic blue and white patterned vessels are often an embellishment in modern apartments. Take a careful look when you’ll be visiting an antique shop 😉 I combined clothes that remind me of vintage treasures with the most futuristic accessories I could find: stars patterned trousers, avant garde pentagon shaped glasses and earring that look as if they were 3D printed (or cut out with a laser, who knows!). I also tried to focus on the contrast of proportions. Under the wide, oversize wrap I put a lacy crop-top on. Pants, though high waist – subtly uncover the ankles. And a drop of shiny gold for dessert, as I focused on the details! The pattern of the earrings is a repetition of the cigarette trousers pattern, and their color refers to the shade of the shoes. Magic? No, it’s retro, perfectly synchronized with colorful glamour! 😉
