This season I go for simple saturated colors outfits, mini lengths, geometric patterns and XXL jewelry. That’s what an icon of that decade, Twiggy, dressed like! 😉 My today’s look is a tribute to that British model. I put on a short diagonally striped trapeze dress underneath a juicy yellow coat. I teamed them with blue ankle boots and a surprisingly shaped purse. It combines the charm of a basket with a traditional drawstring purse. The whole outfit catches the eye from afar, being very girly and Modest at the same time 😉 A retro outfit is full only when it’s completed with spectacular cat-like sunnies in fancy white frames. They make the outfit seem wittingly light, but… a bit wild at the same time! 😉 Other accessories work in a similar way: a big necklace made out of stones and a pert turquoise beret. The outcome? Pierre Cardin’s 1965 fashion show, or Andy Warhol’s pictures like. The most popular painter of pop-art was very eager to reach for white, yellow and blue. I decided to add gold to these colors (take a look at the watch and the chain of the purse) and a little bit of pink on my lips.
