My phone lets me not only contact my friends and family, but it’s also my remote office, a handy personal trainer and a travel companion. If you’re planning to become a master of organizing, make friends with 10 apps I couldn’t imagine life without. Check out which of them you have on your smartphone!

1. EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL: KALENDARZ PL

This one’s a total must have – user-friendly, a perfect choice for everyone who wants to stay organized, or, just like me – has too much on their plate to be spontaneous 😀 The calendar offers everything I need: notes, alerts, weather forecast, the sunrise and sunset hours, but also events from Poland and around the world that take place on a given day – not only anniversaries and bank holidays, but also days like International Day of Kindness 😀

2. ON THE WAY: MAPS.ME

Maps.me is a free app with maps that also work offline, when you don’t have Internet access. I tested it many times: on my Bali holidays, Oslo trip, and above all – during fashion weeks in Milan and Paris. It helped me find my way to the shows and organize my route in these hectic cities. A total life-savior! 😉

1. PHONE Samung S8 Arctic Grey | 2. PHONE Galaxy Tam A Biały

3. GUESS THE SONG: SHAZAM

Do you know this feeling when you’re in a cab or grocery shopping and hear a totally amazing song but have no idea WHAT IT’S TITLE IS? 😀 That’s an often case for me, so… I became a “heavy-user” (:D) of Shazam. Just turn the app on, let it “listen” to a piece of the song, and it’ll inform you about its title and author. What’s more, the app keeps track of all the songs you’ve played, so you can always go back to your collection of accidentally discovered music 😀 No wonder that it’s used by over 100 mln users a month, including Calvin Harris.

Phone apps are my remote office; they liven up my InstaStory and remind me about different occasions, like the International Day of Kindness.

4. ON MY WAY: MY TAXI

How could I have ever lived without this app?! MyTaxi lets you order a taxi in the simplest way in the world, literally with a few clicks. It automatically recognizes your current location and searches for a cab which is the closest to you. It lets you see in real time where the car is and contact the driver in case you run a bit late. What’s more, MyTaxi lets you pay both by cash and their app (PayPal or card). You can rate the drivers and add them to your favorites! What I also love about the app is that MyTaxi offers nice deals very often. During Paris and Milan Fashion Week I was able to order taxis for half the price!

3. PHONE iPhone SE Rose Gold

5. I COULD EAT A HORSE: PIZZAPORTAL.PL

It totally saves me on Saturday mornings when I’d rather spend time at home with my cats than go out shopping, and also on Friday evenings when I can’t stop watching the new episode of my favorite series 😛 PizzaPortal.pl lets you order not only Italian cuisine, but also Polish, Thai, or Japanese, from over 3000 restaurants in Poland. The delivery works great and is fast, and well, I need my burnt calories app on the next day 😀

6. THE NEW INSTASTORY: HYPE TYPE AND KIRAKIRA

If you’re looking for a way to hype your InstaStory, Hype Type is the perfect way to do it. The app lets you take a picture, record a video, or import them from your phone (just like on Snapchat). That’s when the fun starts! 😉 Hype type lets you add animated subtitles of your choice, and also some music which illustrates your current mood. I love it for the variety of music it offers – Ella Fitzgerald, Marina and the Diamonds, and, finally, Pharell Williams. I also recently fell in love with KiraKira, which helps me reinforce the shine of a silver dress or glittery shoes that I’m wearing!

7. LOVE MY JOB: WE TRANSFER

Running a blog not only requires creativity, but also being available 24h a day 😉 This is way easier thanks to WeTransfer, a napp which lets you transfer files up to 10GB from one computer to another. I can use it on my phone, which lets me check my co-workers’ files even when I’m on my way to set in a cab 😉

8. TIME FOR SOME SHOPPING: ZALANDO

Another great app that makes shopping easier! 😉 Zalando lets me find clothes that I currently need – both to wear on a daily basis, and on big events, and order them just with a few clicks. What’s more, the mobile version of Zalando lets you search for clothes using… a picture from your phone! Well, it could also iron shirts, couldn’t it? 😀

9. CINEMA LOVER: FILMWEB

I couldn’t imagine life without cinema, and, what follows, Filmweb, which allows me to rank a movie straight after leaving the cinema. It also helps me check the newest box office hits, and the timings of the movies. I also read other people’s opinions 😉 Do you also use this app?

10. DEVIL’S IN THE DETAILS: SNAPSEED

A totally complex photo editing app, available both for Android, as well as iOS. It helps me work on every detail of the pictures that I post on my social media 😉 Snapspeed lets me not only pop the colors, reinforce the contrast of a given area in the picture, but also delete some elements, like people in the background 😉 I like this app mostly due to its amazing filters and user-friendliness 😉
